ElevensDesign

Your work is betterthan your website shows.

I redesign websites because I genuinely love doing it. Send me yours and I’ll show you what it could look like — using what you already have, and before you decide anything.

Two ways people find me

If I sent you a redesign

You don’t owe me anything for it.

I redesigned your site before we ever spoke because describing a website isn’t worth much — it’s easier to just show you. Look at it, ignore it, or forward it to whoever built your current one. Nothing is owed either way.

Everything in it is yours: your words, your photos, your colors. I didn’t rewrite your copy or invent anything about your business. The link is private, it isn’t indexed by Google, and it comes down when we’re done.

If you found me on your own

Send me your site and I’ll do the same for you.

No cost and no obligation. I’ll go through what’s working and what isn’t, then redesign your pages with your own content so you can look at it rather than imagine it.

Let me take a look

Hi — I’m Anush.

If a redesign of your website turned up from someone you’ve never met, it’s fair to want to know who that was.

  • BasedSan Diego, CA
  • BackgroundBuilding websites, getting them found, proving they work

I’m Anush, and I build websites for a living — custom WordPress themes, hosting, analytics, SEO, Google Business Profiles, and all the unglamorous parts that decide whether a site actually brings anyone in.

I started Elevens Design because I kept noticing the same thing: businesses doing genuinely good work, with websites years behind what they’d built. That gap bothers me enough that I do something about it.

Once you say yes, yours is the site I’m working on. That’s the reason I can put a launch date in writing and hold it — and the reason you can email me on a Tuesday and hear back the same day.

— Anush

A few things I’ll put in writing before we start.

I’d rather be plain about how this works than have you guess. None of it is unusual — it’s just what I’d want to be told if I were the one hiring.

Price

Agreed first, not after

You get the number before I start. If something falls outside it, I tell you what it costs and you decide. No invoice at the end with surprises on it.

Your content

I work with what you have

Your words, your images and your colors carry over as they are. I’m redesigning the site around them, not rewriting your business — unless you ask me to.

Approval

You see it before it’s built

A full design of your real pages, first. Nothing gets built in WordPress until you have looked at it and said yes.

Ownership

You own all of it

Domain, hosting account and files are in your name from day one. If you ever move on, you take everything — I hand over the logins the same day.

Timing

A launch date, not an estimate

You get the date in writing alongside the price. I take a small number of builds at a time, which is the only reason I can promise one and hold it.

After launch

I won’t leave you hanging

A small change, a quick update, something not working the way it should — if it’s part of what I built, you reach me directly and I sort it. You reach me, and I already know your site.

One redesign. One quote. No tiers to work out.

There’s a single quote because there’s a single thing I do: take the site you already have and rebuild it the way it deserves. You know what it costs before I start, and anything outside it gets priced and agreed with you first — nothing turns up later.

The redesign · fixed price

A full redesign of your current site, rebuilt on WordPress and handed over in your name.

  • What that covers
  • A custom WordPress theme, written for your business — not a page builder, not a template with your logo dropped into it
  • A full redesign built on the content and brand you already have
  • The site, the theme and every file in your name
  • Your text, images and colors carried over, nothing rewritten unless you want it
  • A short guide built into your site’s admin, showing your team how to edit any part
  • A one-page brand guide — your colors, fonts and logo in one place
  • Every address on your old site redirects to its new home, so Google doesn’t lose you
  • 30 days after launch to fix anything I got wrong, free

One care plan, if you’d rather not think about it again.

A website is not a finished object. Things expire, break and drift. You can handle all of it yourself and I’ll show you how either way — or you can hand it to me. Cancel any month.

Let me look after it

$75/ month

Flat monthly rate. Cancel any month.

  • Light changes and updates whenever you need them — new text, a photo swap, a small tweak to a page. Just email me. Bigger changes to the design get quoted on their own.
  • A note from me at the start of every month — what I updated and anything worth telling you about. Broken links, dead pages and the settings that quietly keep a site out of Google all get looked at
  • Software and security updates, tested before they go live
  • Daily backups, kept off-site
  • Uptime monitoring — I hear about it before you do
  • Your contact form tested every month, so you know it still arrives
  • Replies within one business day

Or do it yourself

Every site comes with a guide built right into your WordPress admin — a card for each part of the site, saying exactly how to change it, step by step. Most people handle their own text and photos without ever needing me.

  • How to change your own text, photos and prices — shown inside the admin, where you’re already working
  • Where the update button is, and when it’s safe to press
  • How your backups run, and how to restore one
  • What to check first when something looks broken

The things people ask before they say yes.

How long does it take?
The launch date goes in writing alongside the price, before you pay anything. Most of the calendar is spent waiting on approvals rather than on building, so the honest answer is that it depends mostly on how quickly you can look at things and tell me what’s wrong with them.
What do you need from me to start?
Your current website address. That’s genuinely it — I work from what’s already there. If we go ahead, I’ll ask for your logo file and any photos you have that aren’t already on the site.
Will this get me more traffic?
A redesign isn’t a marketing campaign, and I won’t pretend it is. What it does do is protect what you already have — every old address redirects to its new home, page titles and descriptions carry over, and the site is fast and works on a phone, which is what Google looks at now. I set up Search Console so you can see what’s happening. And when someone does arrive, a site that’s clear and easy to use turns more of them into a phone call.
What happens if you’re not around?
Say I win the lottery and move to a beach with no Wi-Fi. You lose nothing, and that’s deliberate: your domain, hosting and logins are all yours, and the site is standard WordPress with a guide built into the admin. Any WordPress developer could pick it up the next morning and know exactly what they’re looking at. Most of what I’ve promised on this page is really just that promise, made several ways.
Could someone else take it over later?
Yes. It’s a standard WordPress theme, just one written for you, so any WordPress developer can open it and understand it. You’re not locked to a page builder, a platform or to me. And you can change your own text and photos without calling anyone — I’ll show you how before launch.

Send me the site you already have.

No cost, no obligation. I’ll go through it and show you what it could look like — whether or not you go ahead.

That’s the whole form. I’ll reply from hello@elevensdesign.com.

Got it — thank you. I’ll take a proper look and reply within a business day.
